Signing of documents

It allows you to digitally sign documents.

Validity check

It allows to verify the validity of a digital signature:

  • Integrity: Verification of the hash concerning the original document.
  • Expiration: : It is verified that the digital signature certificate is valid on the current date and time concerning the chronological stamp
  • Trust: It is verified that the digital signature certificate has been issued by a trusted open digital certification authority.
  • Revocation: It is verified, via the OCSP or CRL protocol, that the digital certificate is valid at the time the signature is generated.
Visible signature

Allows you to associate a visible signature to the document. This visible signature can be associated with the graph of the handwritten signature.

Encrypted copy

A copy of the document is stored in encrypted form in the solution’s centralized store. The availability of this copy is 99.99%.

Document Stamping

Allows chronological stamping of documents under the RFC 3161 standard.

Stamping verification

It allows verifying chronological stamps.

Encryption and algorithms

The encryption algorithms are AES and 3DES.

The signature algorithms are CMS PKCS7 attached, XML Signature, PDF, CADES, PADES, and XADES.

Massive signature

The solution allows massive signing of documents up to 900 Mbytes in weight.
