What is eLogic Workflow?
eLogic Workflow is a web platform that allows you to digitally or electronically sign documents in PDF format, using any type of device with an Internet connection. Digitally signed documents will enjoy integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation by the legal system defined in Law 527 of 1999, additionally, it will respect the standards and guidelines for conservation and archiving, defined by the General Archive of the Nation.

Define Flows
It allows defining document signature or co-signature flows with parallel or sequential actions of their signatories.
Visible Signature
Allows you to associate a visible signature to the document. This visible signature can be associated with the graph of the handwritten signature.
Electronic Notifications
It allows you to upload a document and define which people should digitally sign it. Each person will receive a certified email with the notification that a new document is pending to be signed.
Secure Copies
A copy of the document is stored in encrypted form in the solution’s centralized repository. The availability of this copy is 99.99998%.

The solution has a web administration interface in which previously signed documents can be consulted.
